This service involves
converting a document into a publication. We turn digital files into e-books
and into printed documents as booklets or books. We
can produce as many copies as you need.
To print your document in book
format, we use an 8.5’’ x 5.5’’ book, with full color cover
printed in glossy illustration paper, inner black and white
pages with graphics in grey scale, and perfect binding
method. |

Formats
IntegralDocs works with
documents in any format (Word, Works, Page Maker,
PowerPoint, Excel, Quark X-Press, InDesign). The final product can be delivered in
any format (doc, pdf, txt, indd) or as an e-book (lit, pdf, exe). You will be able to open your document with the
software of your choice.
The original material can be
provided in a variety of ways, such as e-mail attachments (up
to 2MB) or files transferred to our FTP server. You can also
send us audiotapes, videotapes, CDs, CD ROMs, diskettes or any
printed material via international courier.
The processed document will
be delivered in the way that suits you best, as a hard copy (booklet
or book) or electronically (able to be read in any program).
Electronic documents can be sent by e-mail or transferred to a
FTP server. CDs, diskettes and hard copies are delivered by
an international courier service (FED EX, DHL or UPS).
Fees, terms and conditions:
Formatting and delivery of
digital documents are free of charge if other services are
contracted.
Printing and mailing costs
depend on the characteristics of the material and the number
of copies required. |

- Printing 15 copies of a
188-page book (8.5'' x 5.5''), perfect binding, with full
color cover, black and white inner pages: US$ 180.
- Printing 20 copies of
108-A4-pages format (8.27'' x 11.69''), spiral binding, with
full color cover, black and white inner pages: US$ 205.
